După cum vă spuneam, revenim cu detalii despre Vizita în Avans a Schimbului de Tineri ”Wings for You(th)”, proiect finanțat de Uniunea Europeană prin programul Eramus+, KA1. În cadrul acestei activități au luat parte liderii de grup ai țărilor participante, printre care: Emil Georgiev din partea Asociației Bulgarian Youth Community (Bulgaria), Diana Ciobanu (liderul de grup din România și președintele Asociației de Tineret Onestin, cu care suntem parteneri), Jaroslav Gracik din partea asociației Change it! (Cehia), Anil Ozer din partea asociației Sof Dagi Youth and Sport (Turcia) și Musa Mballow B. Ferrouj, reprezentând asociația Arrabal AID (Spania). Alături de aceștia au fost și Irina Martin, în calitate de participant al Schimbului de Tineri și Tomescu Justinian, președintele Asociației Studenților Biotehnologi.
În cadrul Vizitei în Avans, liderii de grup și-au reamintit programul și obiectivele Schimbului de Tineri și responsabilitățile fiecărui ONG partener, au discutat aspecte legate de diseminarea și vizibilitatea proiectului, au aflat mai multe despre Certificatele Youthpass, au discutat despre profilul participanților și despre nevoile acestora și au primit Infopackul pentru transport. De asemenea, s-a discutat despre regulamentul intern, s-a semnat un Acord Intern cu fiecare lider de grup în parte și am participat la o emisiune radio, la Connect FM, unde liderii de grup au participat activ, au vorbit despre proiect, despre importanța voluntariatului la ei în țară și despre beneficiile aduse de programul Erasmus+.
Spre seară, participanții au avut ocazia să viziteze și Slănic Moldova, unde au gustat din izvoarele minerale și au admirat natura.

”The APV meeting took place in the town of Onesti, Romania, in the period 2-4 March 2016 as scheduled in advance. Actually, Onesti is the venue of the youth exchange titled “Wings for you(th)”, which will be held in April 2016. Romania, Bulgaria, Spain, Turkey and the Czech republic were the participating countries at the APV meeting.
The InfoPack, including the transport information, was enough for the good preparation and for the APV meeting. The organizers waited for the participants at the railway/bus station in Onesti.
All the participants were hosted at Parc Hotel, which is near the city center and the railway/bus station. It offers fine conditions for accommodation and project activities. Moreover, the weather was very pleasant, the food was very tasty and the hosting team was very kind and hospitable.
During the APV meeting we discussed the daily programme of the youth exchange. We also discussed the accommodation and the food issues, we signed the Internal Partnership Agreement, we participated at one show of the local radio station “Connect FM”, where Erasmus+ and in particular the forthcoming youth exchange were discussed. All the participants took active part in the interview. We also recorded messages to the youth with focus on social inclusion, voluntarism and active participation. There was a city tour and we explored the town on our own also. We also visited Slanic Moldova – a wonderful mountain resort with springs. We tasted the big variety of healthy water and took a plenty of lovely pictures in the nature.
During the APV meeting the leaders got to know the work of the hosting NGO. We met some volunteers and there was a representative of the co-partner Romanian NGO in the APV meeting.”
